What if you have SkypeCast Web Conference scheduled but are on the road right now? Tough luck. You miss it.
That is until today. Now you can use SoonR Talk to Skype your friends and do Web Conferences from any Web enabled mobile phone. Here’s how it works:
You create an account with SoonR Web Service, download and install SoonR Desktop Agent to run on your PC, then give it permission to the folders you want access from mobile phone. Now you can launch Outlook, Desktop Search, Photos or any other application you specified from your phone through SoonR Web Service. And one of them is Skype.
When you want to join Skypecast Web Conference or just talk to your friend overseas, launch Skype application on your PC through SoonR and initiate the conversation. SoonR will call your cellphone using SkypeOut minutes that you purchased earlier. Answer the phone and you are set.

You don’t even need high speed 3G connection to do a Web Conference. Standard GSM/GPRS or CDMA network will do. Web access from your cellphone is needed only to launch Skype application and access your buddy list on your PC, so not much data is traveling back and forth between your cellphone and your computer.
When you start Web Conference, you get a call to your mobile phone through Skype Out service via standard cellular network. All VoIP data stays on Skype network and you just get a standard call from a local gateway that Skype has with your carrier.
So you can be having a Web Conference with up to 10 business partners, talking to your client overseas or moderating SkypeCast Web Conference for 100 people all around the world wherever your cellphone works.
